Chloe Diggs, daughter of Gregory and Jean Douglas, turned two on July 24, 2012.
She was honored with a birthday party at Wadda Blast on Saturday, July 28. Dora the Explorer was used as the party theme and guests were served pizza, hot dogs, chips and cake.
