Rebecca Hatcher Steen, 81, of Lightwood Road, Bennettsville, S.C., died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at McLeod Hospital in Florence, S.C.
Visitation will be at Harrington Funeral Home, Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 1 to 2 p.m., with the funeral beginning in the Chapel at 2 p.m. with Rev. William Waters officiating. Burial will follow at Steen Family Cemetery in Bennettsville, S.C.
At other times the family will receive friends at 2243 Hairetown Road, Wallace, S.C.
Rebecca was born Feb. 16, 1931, daughter of Son Driggers and Alice Quick Hatcher. She was a member of White Creek Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, William Steen, and a sister, Elizabeth Driggers.
Mrs. Steen is survived by her daughter, Lisa Barker of the home; three grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Family of Mrs. Steen.
