Prince McBride, 48, of Wadesboro, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012, at the Anson Community Hospital in Wadesboro.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Pee Dee Missionary Baptist Church in Wadesboro with the Rev. Eddie L. Maye officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Public viewing will be held Thursday from 1 to 7 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Service in Rockingham.
Prince was born May 15, 1964, to the late Shine Kirby and Mrs. Lula Adams McBride. He was a member of Pee Dee Missionary Baptist Church of Lilesville. He attended Bowman Senior High School in Wadesboro.
Survivors include his mother, Lula McBride of Rockingham; three sisters, Mary Elizabeth Ratliff of Lilesville, Mary Lois Dunlap of the home and Anne Sturdivant of Raleigh; two brothers, Minister Alexander McBride of Fayetteville and Robert McBride of Lumberton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Nelson Funeral Service of Rockingham is assisting the family.
