A Hamlet man has been arrested in connection with the sale of methamphetamine, said Capt. J. K. Glidewell, Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Bobby Ray Little, 38, Jones Magee Street, Hamlet, was arrested on felony charges of selling methamphetamine, conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to sell or deliver.
His bond was set at $50,000.
During the arrest, members of the Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit seized 13 grams of methamphetamine and 64 grams of marijuana.
The arrest was make at a place on U.S. 74 West, Rockingham.

n On South Street, Rockingham, someone did $80 damage to tires of a vehicle parked at a residence.
n At a business on Airport Road, Rockingham, someone did $500 damage to the bumper of a vehicle parked there.
n A man told deputies he was cut by a suspect while walking on Railroad Street, Ellerbe, and $120 was stolen.
n At a demolition site on Mill Road, Rockingham, someone stole $12,000 worth of wire.
n A fireman’s firefighting gear was stolen from his vehicle at a business in Ellerbe. The loss included a $350 helmet, $1,200 pair of pants, $1,200 coat, $150 pair of boots, $50 gloves and a $50 bag.
n In a break-in attempt at a house on Deer Trail, Rockingham, $100 damage was done to a window in a door.
n A saw valued at $150 was stolen from a residence on Middle Street, Ellerbe, after a door was pried open.
n A door was broken open causing $50 damage at a house on Green Lake Road, Ellerbe, and $5,300 worth of property stolen.
n At a house on Ginger Lane, Hamlet, someone stole $19,590 worth of property.
n A mailbox at a residence on Terry Bridge Road, Rockingham, was struck causing $30 damage.
n At a house on U.S. 1 North, Rockingham, someone did $200 damage to a door, and $1,200 worth of property was stolen.
n At a house on Tedder Road, northern Richmond County, someone did $50 damage to a mailbox.
n At a house on Jackson Street, Ellerbe, someone did $50 damage to a door.
n A Norman area resident reported that someone used a credit card without permission to make a $90.96 purchase.
n A resident of McGirt Road, Hamlet, accidentally shot himself in the hand.
n The driver’s side door of a vehicle parked in a yard on Mill Road, Rockingham, was pried open and a $175 stereo stolen along with $10.
n A Rockingham victim reported that someone in East Rockingham used the victim’s identity to obtain electricity service and ran up a bill of $685.30.
n In the parking lot of a store on Airport Road, Rockingham, two tires were punctured by a sharp object causing $270 damage.
n A vehicle valued at $3,000 was stolen from a residence on Roberdel Road, Rockingham.
n On Rosalyn Road, Rockingham, $700 worth of jewelry was stolen.
n A threat was sprayed in paint on a back door of a house on Knight Street, Hoffman.

n A 12-year-old girl and 14-year-old girl were involved in shoplifting at a store on East Broad Avenue, Rockingham.
n At a house on 4th Avenue, Pee Dee, Rockingham, someone stole a rifle valued at $200 and a shotgun valued at $500.
n Steaks valued at $34 were stolen from a business on East Washington Street, Rockingham. Terry Alexander Scott, 19, McArthur Drive, Rockingham, was issued a citation in connection with the theft.
n Gus Arthur Thrift Jr., 29, Gainey Circle, Marston, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $500.
n Crystal Johnson, 28, South Long Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of secreting lien property. Bond was set at $750.
n A door to an apartment on Cauthen Drive, Rockingham, was kicked causing $100 damage to the door jam. Entry was not gained.
n Jackie Lamarian Everette, 27, Ann Street, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $1,500.
n Brandon Reynolds Tyler, 23, Airport Road, Rockingham, was arrested on a felony charge of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny. Bond was set at $3,000.
n Emmett Scott Jordan, 31, 4th Avenue, Pee Dee, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court of assault charges. Bond was set at $500.
n A $70 telephone ear piece was stolen from a store on East Broad Avenue, Rockingham.
n Jerome Johnson, 40, April Lane, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a sexual battery charge. Bond was set at $100.
n At a residence on Gore Drive, Rockingham, someone stole $100 worth of food and $300 worth of clothing.
n Shanqua Symone Thomas, 16, Laurel Hill Street, Hamlet, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
n Jasmine Nicole Patrick, 17, Kid Street, Marston, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
n A purse was stolen from a shopping cart in a store on East Broad Avenue, Rockingham, and later found in the men’s bathroom minus $35 and personal cards.
n On Sycamore Lane, Rockingham, someone did $3,000 damage to a vehicle parked at a residence by scratching it.
n Sharie Lanette Jones, 21, Fayetteville, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, carrying concealed weapon and having a weapon on school grounds. Bond was set at $1,000.
She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Charles Hartwell, 24, High Point.
He was arrested on charges of driving while impaired, speeding 79 mph in a 35 mph speed zone on East Washington Street Extension, Rockingham, a window tint violation and having an open container of alcohol. His bond was set at $2,000.
Police followed Hartwell as his vehicle pulled behind a school while students were playing in the yard.
During the investigation, police said they found a handgun in Jones’ purse.
