Early voting for the Second Primary Election saw a low turn-out, and that could be an indication of what the polls will see Tuesday.

Tuesday is the Second Primary Election Day, and voters will see a long Republican ticket, with many state offices to fill, while the Democratic ticket only has one seat to pick a candidate for.

What seems to be driving the turn-out is likely the run-off between two candidates vying for the 8th Congressional District. Republican voters will choose between Scott Keadle or Richard Hudson to determine who will go up against incumbent Democratic Congressman Larry Kissell in the November election.

Precincts will open at 6:30 a.m. and will close at 7:30 p.m.
