Detective Smith, Deputy Smith and Deputy Childers also received their Intermediate Law Enforcement Certificates.
"The promotions are an honor and these men have distinguished themselves in earning these promotions through dedication and hard work in the sheriff's office and their communities," said Sheriff Clemmons. “Also the three men receiving their Intermediate Certificate show their dedication to the Sheriff's Office and this county to make themselves better officers. To earn this certificate an officer must earn education points, training points combined with years of service. I congratulate each one of them on their individual accomplishment."
