Anson County Parks and Recreation is organizing a whitewater rafting trip at the U.S. Whitewater Center in Charlotte on Tuesday, July 17 and Tuesday, Aug. 7. This trip is for ages 10 and older and will cost $55 per person.
Participants will leave from Little Park at 8:30 a.m., and they can leave their cars at the park. Call 704-694-5868 or 704-694-5751 for more information. You can also sign up at the Parks and Recreation office in Wadesboro.
The deadline to register for the July 17 trip is Friday, July 13, by 5 p.m.
