Students, parents and community members may experience difficulties in accessing public school websites over the next few days as Richmond County Schools will be soon be changing web hosting companies.

RCS will unveil new websites for the school system and for each of the 17 schools this weekend. The school district will migrate from the current SharpSchool web pages to a system of websites hosted by CyberSchool.

The new sites are expected to go live July 1 with a transition period throughout the month of July. Schools officials will be working on the sites throughout the month of July to prepare them for the new school year. Documents on the web are generally also available at schools and the district office.

For more information, contact the Richmond County Schools Central Services Office at 910-582-5860.
