Phillip Wayne “ Hammer” Bridges, 67, of Ellerbe, passed away June 5, 2012, at Sandhills Regional Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at his home at 12 p.m. on June 23.
Mr. Bridges was born April 25, 1945, in Burlington, a son of the late Winston and Mary Martin Bridges. He was a retired truck driver with Shaw trucking.
He is survived by his brother, Raymond Bridges of Winston-Salem and sister, Shirley Brooks of Star.
