Jessica Gibson Williams and Jesse Edward Williams, both of Raleigh, were united in marriage on May 5, 2012. A ceremony was held at Cataract Falls in the Smoky Mountain National Forest of Gatlinburg, Tenn., with Theron Miller, Ordained clergy member of the Church of Spiritual Humanism, officiating.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and is currently enrolled in the Surgical Technology Program at Wake Technical Community College. She is expected to graduate in July of 2012. Jessica is the daughter of Roy and Dana Gibson of Ellerbe.
The groom is employed as the General Manager at Wake Pizza LLC (Domino’s Pizza). He is the son of Tony Williams of Humboldt, Tenn., and the late Kathryn Sparks of Rockingham.
The bride was given away by her father in the ceremony.
Serving as the Maid of Honor was Casey Quick of Wilmington. Jessica chose as her bridesmaids Ashley Morris of Greenville, Jamie Miller of Raleigh and Catherine Smith of Richmond, Va.
The groom chose Vincent Digirolamo of Raleigh as his best man. Jeff Drum of Raleigh and Mike Talmarkes of Raleigh served as groomsmen.
A reception was held at Dolce UVA Wine Bar Cafe in Gatlinburg, Tenn. Entertainment was provided by American Idol Finalist DJ Amy Brumfield.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., and Asheville, and currently reside in Raleigh.
