RALEIGH — The N.C. Council for Women (CFW) will present an event for grant recipients featuring CFW Executive Director Beth Briggs and State Auditor Beth Woods from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, 401 E. Main St., in Troy.
The event is free and designed for executive directors, members of boards of directors, community partners of non-profit agencies and organizations receiving CFW grants. Participants will learn about forming community partnerships in the current fiscal climate and ensuring program sustainability and tips for improving internal controls.
