Linda Faye Duncan and Stephen Michael Webb, both of Rockingham, were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Jan. 24, 2009, at the Together Forever Wedding Chapel at North Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Officiating as the couple pledged their vows was Pastor Hal Mitchell.

The bride is the daughter of the late Charles Clyde Duncan and Vallie Sikes Duncan. She is a 1975 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and is employed at Bill Smith Ford Lincoln Mercury & Mazda in Southern Pines as the customer service representative.

The bridegroom is the son of Myrtle Heatley Webb of Rockingham and the late Mitchell Dolan Webb. He is a 1976 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and is the owner of M & S Machine Services and Repair of Rockingham.

The bride was given in marriage by her son, William Aarron Sanders.

Serving as maid of honor was Laura Abbigail Butler of Rockingham, granddaughter of the bride. She wore a black floor length full A-line gown with a sable color sash. Adorning her hair was a silver and porcelain flower tiara.

Kaylin Mae Sanders of Rockingham, granddaughter of the bride, was flower girl. She wore a pink floor length full A-line gown with silk flower across the bodice of her dress.

Best men were Bryson Aarron Sanders, Brandon Thomas Woolard and Justyn Carter Woolard, grandsons of the bride, all of Rockingham.

Music was provided by Gabrielle Weatherford Torres.

Family and friends joined the couple for a cake cutting in the chapel reception hall.

The bride wore an iridescent sable taffeta draped gown fashioned with a lace empire bodice, sweetheart neckline and a full A-line skirt with inverted pleat detail. The bolero jacket had three-quarter sleeves.

The newlyweds are making their home in Rockingham.
