Dear Editor,

Everybody must get stoned - Bob Dylan Speaking of stoning.

Stone all Christians? Where would we get all those stones from?

Seriously though, brothers and sisters, what does our Messiah say about stoning?

Yohanan/John 8:3-11: “And the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And having set her in the midst, they said to Him, teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery (where‘s the man?). And in the Torah Mosheh commanded us that such should be stoned. What then do You say?

“And this they said, trying Him, so that they might accuse Him… Yahushua bent down and wrote on the ground as though He didn’t hear them. As they kept questioning Him He straightened up and said, he who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her. He bent down and wrote on the ground again. They left one by one, being reproved by their conscience, Yahushua was left alone with the woman (it takes two to commit adultery, where’s the man?). Yahushua straightened up again and seeing just the woman, said to her, woman, where are those accusers of yours? Did no one condemn you? And she said, no one, Master. And Yahushua said to her, neither do I condemn you. GO AND SIN NO MORE.”

Read/study the rest of the this chapter.

Verses 58-59: “Yahushua said to them, truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham came to be, I AM. Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him, but Yahushua was hidden and went out of the Set-apart place…”

Do not condemn or judge, but teach, reprove, set straight, for instruction in righteousness.

Selah.

Yruatwit, My wife and I now live with our oldest daughter in Charlotte for health reasons but if you would consider it I would like to give you the phone number of someone who would talk "with" you, not "to" you, or "at" you. Let me know if you are interested. Absolutely no obligation and he will not try to extract yourwallet from your pocket. Fair enough?

Thank you "Easy". I am hi-ho siveradoss "Ernest Andrews." I meant to say "I can only give the Scriptures regarding what Messiah "said" and I can speak only for myself and of "easy" because we are Natsarim not Christians. But we used to be.

yr-ur=wit -This is not a rebuke but simply a reply to your wit .Wit in the Websters College Two Dictionary means the natural ability to know or perceive:Intelligence.Keenness or perception or discerment, sound mental faculties(sanity)and ability to perceive and express, etc. You asked how many Christians subscribe to the message of this parable? Mr. Andrews may not give you an answer so I felt that it was my duty to you to inform you that following the Hebrew Messiah is not a SO CALLED RELIGION but a walk.He said I the way and the Hebrew God is YAHWAH ,know in the original scriptures as YAHUWAH,so he is the way we walk ,in his word.We do not have to subscribe to the word ,we simple buy a book which contains the word.Wit is not a Hebrew word ,its belongs to old and middle English as the letter "j" does.Psalms 14-1 sums up a fool in only one half of a verse. It states that the fool has said in his heart (mind)there is no Elohim (YAHUWAH)USING THE HEBREW.I can tell that you do not search the scriptures,if you search John chapter eight you will not find the word parable, his words do not need explaining. What he said is the set apart truth (he is truth)and its stright from the horses mouth, its the gospel truth.Soos in Hebrew means horse, like Je-soos.

yruatwit, You may be right and I will not argue with your point. I can only give the Scriptures regarding what Messiah and I can only speak for myself. The Messiah called many, including the Pharisees, hypocrites. Hypocrite: one who says one thing and does another. No argument here.

Shalom

Ernest,

How many so called Christians do you think subscribe to the message of this parable? I'll bet none. Most organized religion is nothing more than a cover for hypocrisy, instilling violence against your fellow man, and lining the pockets of religious clowns.
