N.C. Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin
North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin, who is running for re-election, will be given a reception at the Rotary Lodge at Hinson Lake on Wednesday from noon until 1:30 p.m.

Suggested donations are $50 per person or $75 per couple.
