FALLINGS WATERS, W. Va. — Mr. Melbourne LeRoy “Roy” Smith Sr., 80, of 192 Ashton Drive, Fallings Waters, W. Virginia, formerly of Rollins Avenue, Hamlet, NC died Tuesday, January 27, 2008, in Williamsport, Maryland.

He was born March 2, 1928, in Hamlet, son of Arthur Porter and Irene Blackwell Smith Bennett. Arrangements are incomplete at this time. Harrington Funeral Home & Crematory are serving the Smith family.
