Owen Chase Whitley
Owen Chase Whitley celebrated his 2nd birthday on Saturday, Jan. 7, at the East Rockingham Senior Center.
Mickey Mouse was the party theme. Everyone enjoyed hot dogs with all the trimmings, chips, cake and ice cream.
All the children were given Mickey Mouse treat bags at the end of the party. There were approximately 50 friends and family members who shared in the special occasion.
Owen is the son of Jamie Whitley and Debbie Griffin of Rockingham. He is the grandson of Wayne and Jackie Whitley of Rockingham, Dorothy Griffin of Hamlet and Kenny Griffin of Rockingham. He is the great grandson of William and Clementine Whitley of Rockingham, Keith and Flora Brown and the late Hazel Brown of Hamlet and Murray and Marie Griffin of Hamlet.
Owen also has a great great grandmother, Ruby Whitley, of Rockingham.
