The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office and CrimeStoppers are investigating a potential arson at a mobile home lot in Hamlet.
According to Deputy N.L. Forester of the Sheriff’s Office, on Feb. 4 at approximately 6:56 a.m., a modular home located at Ray Shankle Home Sales, 1570 E. U.S. Hwy. 74 in Hamlet was set on fire and burned.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the suspected arson.
