Mr. Russell Eugene “Rusty” Chavis, 40, 1891 E. US Hwy. 74, Hamlet, died on Sunday, June 12, 2011, at Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte.
Rusty was born, April 15, 1971, in Richmond County son of Dennis Chavis and Donna Kiker Chavis Waite.
