Discovery Place is offering the chance to win a ScienceReach Summer Camp session at one of its locations across Charlotte, including Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville or the Carolinas Aviation Museum. The winner will be able to enjoy a sizzling summer adventure exploring color, chemistry and other science stuff.

Discovery Place’s ScienceReach brings Summer Camps to neighborhoods across the metro area. Campers rising grades K-8 can learn how to suture a wound, find out what glow-in-the-dark goop has to do with science, how high they can make a rocket fly into the sky and more.

To enter, simply answer the question “Why do you want to win a Discovery Place ScienceReach Summer Camp?” Responses may be submitted by email to camps@discoveryplace.org or by postal mail to: Discovery Place, Attn: Logan Stewart, 301 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, N.C. 28202.

Please be sure to include your full name, address, telephone number and email with your entry. The contest closes May 13 at 5 p.m. and the winner, selected by a panel of Discovery Place staff judges, will be announced on Discovery Place’s Facebook page and contacted by telephone on May 16.
