The Richmond County Planning Board will consider whether to allow a used car lot on U.S. 1 tonight at 7 at the county administration building.
Kevin Ingram, of Hoffman, is requesting a conditional use permit to open and operate a used car lot located at 4048 N. U.S. 1.
Another conditional use permit request will be considered from Robert Whitted to operate a sales business at 134 Ellerbe Grove Church Road in Rockingham to sell loads of rock.
