Jeremy Lee Covington, 22, Bluebird Court, Rockingham, was arrested on felony charges of possession of marijuana with intend to sell or deliver and maintaining a vehicle for controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $50,000.
Norman Patrick Turner, 44, South Main Street, Ellerbe, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of selling or delivering cocaine, and misdemeanor charges of maintaining a place for controlled substances and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.
Maurice Michael Conaway, 25, Pernell Drive, Rockingham, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of cocaine and on a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court on a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
Matthew Shelvie Morales, 22, Rockingham, was issued a citation on charges of simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a window tint violation.

n Leonard Antonio Williams, 26, Aberdeen, was arrested on a warrant from Moore County for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while license revoked and an expired license. Bond was set at $1,000.
n Jimmy Jermaine Williams, 20, Caroline Street, was arrested on a charge of assault on a female. He was held in Richmond County Jail until a judge set bond.
n Carole M. Griffin, 36, Wiregrass Road, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.
n Derrick Jermaine Wall, 22, Battley Dairy Road, Hamlet, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Bond was set at $500.
n Melissa Ann Parrish, 37, Longleaf Lane, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of speeding and driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
n Mikel Neil Dixon, 33, North Street, Hamlet, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault inflicting serious injury and assault on a female. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
n Emmy Joyce Rainwater, 36, Sleepy Hollow Drive, Hamlet, was arrested on a misdemeanor probation violation. Bond was set at $1,000.
n Dan Gurney Brayboy, 43, Sanford Street, Rockingham, was issued a citation for discharging a firearm in the city. Police said he did so to end the suffering of his dog.
n Tommy Michael Faircloth, 38, Jaybird Lane, Rockingham, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $4,000.
n Santiago Mateo Garcia, 20, Candor, was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation. Bond was set at $5,000.
n James Everette McDuffie Jr., 53, Rockingham, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespass. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

n Police and the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation are investigating a suspicious fire at a house on Garrett Street, Rockingham, which did $20,000 damage to the front porch.
n Someone threw eggs at a car and building on Lady Mary Lane, Rockingham.
n A television set valued at $200 was stolen from a motel on West Broad Avenue, Rockingham.
n Furniture valued at $450 was stolen from a house on North Randolph Street, Rockingham.
n A woman told police a bracelet valued at $325 fell off her arm at a party at a house on Cabel Drive, Rockingham. It was later stolen, she told police.
n A phone valued at $479.99 was stolen from a store on East Broad Avenue.
n At a residence on Castlewood Drive, Rockingham, someone did $150 damage to vehicle tires and $200 damage by denting the vehicle.
n A 28-year-old man told police a suspect shot him in the calf of one leg with birdshot from a shotgun.

n A vehicle left along Calvin Little Road, Mangum, received $15,000 damage when all the windows were broken and major damage was done to the body of the vehicle.
n On Mill Road, Rockingham, someone stole $800 worth of tires and rims and $350 worth of speakers from a residence.
n Five handguns valued a total of $1,750 were found missing from the inventory of a business on Mill Road.
n At a house on Ledbetter Road, Rockingham, someone did $100 damage to a door.
