HOPE MILLS – Maria Monarca Bennis 52, of Hope Mills died Feb. 22, 2011.

She is the daughter of Felix and Ana Moserratte Monarca of Hope Mills.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bennis and daughter, Maribel Torres.

She is survived by her parents; children, Ana Capps of Hope Mills, Lynette Bang of Rockingham, Angela Monarca, Tina Bennis-Read, Kimberly Torres and David Torres all of Hope Mills; 11 grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday Feb. 25, 2011, at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Cumberland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Thursday February 24, 2011 at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services in Hope Mills.
