Bobby Heaton, maintenance caretaker of The Pines Apartments in Rockingham and Piney Pointe Apartments in Hamlet received the 2010 Director’s Award for Outstanding Maintenance Caretaker at the Partnership Property Management Annual Awards Banquet held at the Southeastern Institute of Manufacturing and Technology (SIMT) in Florence, S.C.

The award is the highest territory honor given and was presented by Linda Phillips, Executive Director, to a Maintenance Caretaker chosen from nominees of 62 properties that have shown exceptional professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to their property. He was honored in front of over 100 co-workers including Mr. Mike Holoman, President and Owner of Partnership Property Management.

Heaton has worked with Partnership Property Management since May 2008 and was nominated by his property manager, Jason Buffkin. He has been chosen for this award because of his efforts to provide quality living in Richmond county and to make The Pines and Piney Pointe a safe and well maintained home for the residents.
