He was born in Richmond County, May 14, 1952, son of James Cecil Thomas and Agatha McFarland Thomas Smith. Mr. Thomas was a Maintence Supervisor for Hamlet Housing Authority.
Survivors include daughters, Mary Thomas and Becky Thomas; brother, Boyce Thomas of Spring Hope; and sisters, Doris Thomas Butler of Hamlet, Shirley Thomas of Myrtle Beach, SC and Linda Renfrow of Wilson.
All services will be private.
