Mr. Neil Douglas “Doug” McLaughlin Sr., age 61, of Leland died Sunday April 21, 2013, at his home. Mr. McLaughlin was born in Lumberton, on March 24, 1952, and was the son of the late Neil Robert McLaughlin and Margaret Elizabeth Barr McLaughlin. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
