Teenager arrested for felony drug possession
Hi-Keem Byrd, 18, of Sandhill Road in Rockingham, was arrested recently by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office for felony possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Byrd was taken to Richmond County Jail and placed under a $5,000 secured bond.
