“We believe that the simple gift of prophecy is to encourage, edify and comfort,” said the website, www.gospel-lighthouse.org. “Therefore, at a fundamental level the Prophetic Believers Conference is all about encouraging, edifying and comforting the Body of Christ. Through praise, worship, fellowship, administration of spiritual gifts and free flow of the Word of God, the Prophetic Believers Conference is where you can be restored, refreshed, energized and invigorated. At Prophetic Believers Conference, you can be healed physically, emotionally and spiritually. Deliverance is released and miracles are performed by the Spirit of God and all in attendance experience the Spirit of Prophecy when they are encouraged, edified and comforted through one of these spiritual avenues.”

“We also believe there is no truer word of prophecy than that of scripture. Therefore, the central focus of the Prophetic Believers Conference is the word of God. Through preparatory prayer and fasting we aim to set an atmosphere so inundated with the Spirit of God that the life-giving word of God is freely proclaimed.”

The attached painting is from the U.S. Library of Congress and is by Jean Ferris about the George Washington delegation meeting with Betsy Ross on our national flag. She is showing them how to do a five-pointed star. Many historians do not accept this story but after checking this story, we find it to be true. Women readers, especially, are interested in this story.
