The Rockingham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will conduct a special board meeting to hear proposals on the facility use of Falling Creek Recreational Park at 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
The meeting will be held in the Rush Building at 733 Armstead St., Rockingham.
