Armed robbery attempt at Hoffman Post Office

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office reported that three male suspects attempted an armed robbery at the Hoffman Post Office on Highway U.S. 1 Wednesday morning at 10 a.m., according to Deputy Chief Mark Gulledge.

According to Gulledge, the post office was robbed at gun-point and deputies were searching for the suspects Wednesday afternoon.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office was unable to report if suspects were taken into custody by press time Wednesday.

The investigation is ongoing.

I heard 2 was taken into custody yesterday! now I live out here close to that post office! Now the Sheriff’s Office was unable to report if suspects were taken into custody by press time Wednesday. I would like to know if they was caught! I have my protection ready, in case they get to close!

Do not call my county a dump,if it's that bad to you then go back to where you came from, but I guess that place did not make you happy either. Don't use your 3yr old as your excuse,leave now. Yes, we have problems,but you tell me where in this WORLD there is not problems. WE ARE POOR BUT WE ARE PROUD!

I knew this man or at least I thought I did, guessin he sure fool me. Never in my mind would I think he could do something like this, but u really don't know people outside of work. I saw Reba a couple of times,beautiful lil girl. No matter how mad u get u should never ever do a child like that,defensive,... Children are from god!!! I honestly have to say,he deserves everything he gets,pluse some. Juan make god help ur soul, cause u gonna need it. R.I.P LIL ANGEL. He can't harm u anymore! And Reba' s daddy, keep ur head held high, and through all the tough time. God will see u through it all,just pray ans seek god!
