A free workshop to help promote your business online is being offered by the Daily Journal next week.

The two-hour workshop will focus on how to make your company more visible to potential customers.
While traditional print media advertisement such as inserts and billboards may be on the decline in the future, digital advertisement is projected to grow significantly in the next few years. According to Daily Journal Publisher Rick Bacon, smart phones are changing the way people view online information. Bacon said mobile searches increased 400 percent since 2010. By 2016 it is projected that 88 percent of local online ads will be delivered by mobile.
“Digital outlets are going to grow at a monster rate,” said Bacon. “The online world is evolving and we specialize in reputation management. We’ve got a few things to show business owners that will help with their businesses. We want to get together with businesses that are interested in getting with their customers.”
Presenter Todd Speelman will talk to attendees of the workshop about services offered by Radiate Media, a company the Daily Journal partners with.
