County holiday schedule

Richmond County Government offices will be closed on Tuesday in observance of the New Year’s Holiday.

All Richmond County Solid Waste compactor sites and the landfill will also be closed on New Year’s Day. All essential services will operate on a normal schedule, and all county offices will resume operation at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

As a reminder, the Daily Journal office will also be closed Tuesday.
