Dear Editor,

As a born-again Christian and a U.S. citizen, I wonder if President Obama will denounce Jamie Foxx’s remarks calling him, “our lord and savior Barak Obama,” like he denounced the offensive video of Muhammad?

It’s just as offensive to Christians to have our Lord and savior Jesus Christ mocked as it is to the Muslims to have Muhammad mocked. Just because we are not burning and destroying doesn’t mean we are not offended.

Speak up Mr. President. Tell them (Jamie Foxx and all those that applauded him), that you are not Jesus. There seems to be some confusion.

The frigging election is past, people. How about lets just get over it. Jeez... Like it or not, Obama is the man for the next 4 years. How about lets just hope and pray that he does a much better job at it than you're expecting, instead of continuing to fight a political battle that's already been settled...

Anyone who hopes that Obama does poorly during his 2nd term, so he can say, "I was right all along." is by definition hoping our country does poorly during the next 4 years...
