Michael and Wanda Gibson and Vernon and Carolyn Ford, all of Rockingham, announce the engagement and upcoming union of their children, Stephanie Gibson and Charles Ford, both of Rockingham.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Wanda Gibson of Rockingham and the granddaughter of the late Z.B. and Hilda Gibson and the late Winfield and Mae Terry of Rockingham. She is a 2003 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Sandhills Community College. Stephanie is currently employed as a Lab Assistant at Pinehurst Medical Clinic.
The groom-elect is the son of Vernon and Carolyn Ford of Rockingham, and the grandson of James and Phyllis Ford and Charles and Violet Jones of Rockingham. He is a 2004 graduate of Richmond Senior High and 2006 graduate of Sandhills Community College. Charles is currently employed as an Automotive Technician at the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
A wedding is planned for 2 p.m. May 4, 2013, at Ocean Isle Beach.
