Cole Levan Coleman III, 14, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.Tuesday, Dec. 11, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Hamlet.
Visitation will be held Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, Rockingham.
He was born April 20, 1998, in Greensboro, to Cole Levan Coleman II and Beulah Denise Lloyd. Cole attended Carver High School in Winston-Salem, and was a percussionist in the band.
Cole leaves behind a sister, Shaniqua Rush.
Nelson Funeral Service of Rockingham, is assisting the family.
