Woman’s Club of Hamlet prepares for card party

Members of the Woman's Club of Hamlet gathered last week for their annual planning session. They admired some of the prizes to be awarded at the Club's Card Party, which will be held on Sept. 18 at the Clubhouse on Oak Street.  Pictured from left to right are Ways and Means Chair Pat Maloney, Treasurer Nell Brown, Current Affairs Department Chair Nancy Daugherty, Home Life Department Chair Beth Ritter, Club President Cathey Thomas, Hostess Coordinator Charlotte Cowan and Trustee Kathy Covington.
