ELLERBE — Ms. Tina Barrington Chappell, 46, of Ellerbe, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, in her home. Funeral services will be conducted 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Southside Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Ricky Jacobs officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, at the church. Russell-Marks Funeral Home is assisting the family.
