ASHEBORO — The Rockingham 14-year-old All-Stars captured the Pony League Pony Division Piedmont Section title Thursday night.
The team routed High Point White 11-1 in five innings. With the victory, Rockingham will advance to next week’s South Region tournament in Davidson. Rockingham will open play at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
