Rockingham Police Department- arrests, complaints for July 21, 2012

The Rockingham Police Department recently arrested Tiana Monique McIver, 21, of 654 Greenlake Road, Rockingham, on two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

In an unrelated case, James Robert Elvis, 38, of 180 Clearfield Drive, Rockingham, was arrested for FTA - driving without license/registration. He was placed under a $500 secure bond.

Timothy Eugene Jennings, 30, of 204 Great Falls Circle, Rockingham, was arrested for assault on a female. He was placed under a $1,000 secure bond.
