Ralph Jackson “Jack” Reier Jr., 71, of 325 McDonald Ave., Hamlet, died, Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida.
He was born April 22, 1941, in Jacksonville, Fla., son of Ralph J. Reier Sr. and Emily Louise McKenney Reier. Reier was previously employed for the State of Florida and was a veteran of U.S. Army and National Guard. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Lee Reier; and a daughter, Tammy Ann Reier.
Reier is survived by his wife, Roberta Utter Reier of the home; son, Chad Allen Reier of the home; daughter, Rebecca Lynn Reier of MacClenny, Fla.; brother, Gene Reier of Jacksonville, Fla.; and sisters, Troy Hurston of Jacksonville, Fla., and Belinda Orr of Asheville.
