He was born April 7, 1972 in Richmond County, a son of Jerry and Linda Smith Puckett. Mr. Puckett was a farmer, prior to his disability.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8th at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church in Ellerbe with Rev. Larry Talley and Rev. Don Rhyne officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving in addition to his mother and father, Linda and Jerry Puckett of Ellerbe, is his wife, Wendy Puckett of Ellerbe, a daughter, Miranda Puckett of Ellerbe, and a brother, William Puckett of Ellerbe.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
