Mrs. Maoma Douglas, 83, of 127 Graham Bridge Road, Rockingham, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at Philadelphia United Methodist Church on Thursday, Mar. 3, 2011, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dora R. Dorsey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by 11 children, Alice Ann Griffin, Ray Douglas Sr., Coy Douglas Jr., Norma Jean McLaughlin, Kathy Sue Douglas, William T. Douglas, John A. Douglas, Richard G. Douglas and Jeanne D. Covington, all of Rockingham, and Robin Davis of Gibson and Rita D. David of Hamlet; two sisters, Bertha Freeman of Sicklerville N.J. and Gracie Cameron of Rockingham; one brother, Marvin Cameron of Rockingham; 28 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Public viewing will be Wednesday, Mar. 2, 2011, from noon - 7 p.m. at Tally Watson Services in Rockingham.
