Cierra Diane Locklear and John Russell Adcock, both of Rockingham, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Betsy Locklear of Rockingham. She is the granddaughter of Silas and Mary Quick of Rockingham, and Evans and Frances Locklear of McColl, S.C. Cierra is currently attending Richmond Community College and is employed at Dr. Arnold’s Chiropractic office in Rockingham.
The groom-elect is the son of Jeff and Eve Adcock of Rockingham. He is the grandson of Aaron and Nellie Helms of Cordova, and Donnie and Peggy Lassiter of Rockingham. John is currently employed at Ansonville Piping & Fabricating.
A mountain wedding is planned for 5 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013, at the Enchanted Chapel in Maggie Valley.
