Kathy Denise Caulder, 54, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at Southview Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at the church.
Surviving Caulder are daughters, Krystal Brunkhorst and Kandice Robbins; son, William Caulder; parents, Marley and Carol Long; sister, Lisa Long and five grandchildren.
