Jody Alexander “JoJo” Williams, 9, of 125 Barrett Street, Rockingham, died, Saturday, December 8, 2012, as a result of an Automobile accident.
He was born June 10, 2003, in Richmond County son of Jeffrey Jackson Williams and Amy Caroline Clarke Williams.
Jody was a fourth grade student at West Rockingham School. He loved video games and playing with his Army men. He could not decide if he wanted to be in the military or law enforcement when he grew up. He, along with his two sisters, was the joy of his parents and grandparents life. Jody will leave an empty spot than can never be filled.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 15, 2012, at Harrington Funeral Home from 1:00-3:00 pm. The Funeral will begin at 3:00 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Russell Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park.
The family will be receiving friends at the home of his great aunt, Sylvia Graham, 175 Airport Road, Rockingham.
He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Amy Williams of the home; sisters, Anna Caroline Clarke of the home and Jordyn Alexandria Mabe of Hamlet; paternal grandmother, Emma Mae Williams of Rockingham; maternal grandparents, Steve and Kay Clarke of Rockingham and Lisa Williams and fiancé’ Robert Benton of Longwood, NC and Terry Williams of Ellerbe; great-grandmother, Edith Horne Lambert of the home; aunts and uncles, Andy Sanders of Rockingham, Miranda Sanders of Hamlet, Doug Williams and friend Vanessa Lapre of Hamlet, Tabatha Braden of Rockingham, Brandon & Holly Parrish of Hamlet; many cousins and special cousin, Myra Graham.
