The Hamlet Police Department recently made the following arrests:
• Kelvin Morrison, 49, 139 Chaney McManus Drive, Hamlet, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny.
• Ronald Lee Hill, 49, 245 McGirt Road, Hamlet, was arrested on two counts of attempted breaking and entering a motor vehicle. He was placed under a $500 secured bond.
• Nastassia Gilmore, 21, 113 Frank W. Davis Street, Hamlet, was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing.
• James Clifton, 35, 126 Thomas Street, Hamlet, was arrested for assault on a female. No bond was issued.
• Nicholas T. McCary, 21, 302 Corning Street, Hamlet, was arrested for assault by pointing a firearm and communicating threats.

• Felony larceny was reported at a residence on West Hamlet Avenue.
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at a residence on Battley Dairy Road.
• Misdemeanor larceny was reported at a residence on West Hamlet Avenue.
• Breaking and entering and larceny was reported at a residence on Quail Hollow Drive.
• Damage to property was reported on the road way of Hylan Avenue.
• Breaking and entering was reported at a residence on Boyd Lake Road.
