Community Home Care Hospice has relocated from its old site on Fayetteville Road to a brand new location at 1791 E. Broad Avenue (directly across from the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet shopping center). “We offer nursing services, CNA services, social worker, chaplain and volunteer services, as well as in-home hospice,” said Tonya Freeman, community educator. “We’re looking forward to being able to better serve the community.” An open house is scheduled for the month of November in honor of National Hospice Month.
