Mrs. Charlotte Fidler Napier, 94, of 305 Bauersfield Street, Hamlet, died, Thursday, May 24, 2012 at her residence.
She was born October 27, 1917, in Des Moines, Iowa, daughter of David Fidler and Lottie Bachman Fidler.
Mrs. Napier was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and volunteered much time to fund raisers for the Senior Citizens of Richmond County.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Harrington Funeral Home from 7:00-9:00 pm
The Funeral will be Sunday, May 27, 2012, at 2:00 pm, Pine Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. Corey Wilson, Rev. Richard Tyson and Rev. Frank Troublefield officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park.
She is preceded in death by her parents; late husband, Claude E. Napier; and sister, Annabelle Bankhead; grandson, Tim Kirkley; and great-grandchild, Nicky Smith.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Ann Hutchens of Hamlet; grandchildren, Terri K. Phifer & husband Dawson, Mike Kirkley & wife Rebecca, Erica Kirkley, Christy K. Dixon & husband Darin, and Scottie Kirkley & wife Kellie, and Michael Vigari; great-grandchildren, Chris Hodges & wife Gwen, Jeff Hodges, Michael Kirkley, Jill Conner & husband Dustin, Brent Kirkley, Zak Currie, Matthew Currie, E.J. Kirkley, Trevor Kirkley, Seth, Bryce, Braxton and Carson Dixon; Paxton Kirkley, Chad & Chris Phifer, BJ &Stan Gadson and Rebecca Phifer ; and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church, 275 Airport Road, Rockingham, NC 28379.
