Mrs. Davis was born March 8, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio a daughter of the late Eddie and Willa Brower Wilson. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired from the textile industry.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph M. Davis in 2001, and a son Morrell Davis.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2010 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Byron Wicker, Rev. Randy Guerry, Rev. Mike Stirk, and Rev. Ernie Walters, officiating. Interment will follow at the Davis Family Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons Phillip Davis, and Darrell Davis of Rockingham and Eric Davis of Monticello, Arkansas; two daughters, Sharon Parker of Rockingham and Becky Wicker of Mooresville and one sister Georgetta Clark of Rockingham, 19 grandchildren and 29 Great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Carter Funeral Home of Rockingham is serving the Davis family.
