Jessia Ellen Blanton of Pinehurst and Steven Paul Webster of Charlotte announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Danny and Mary Taylor of Hamlet and Jeff and Tammy Blanton of Hamlet. She is a 2004 graduate of Richmond Senior High School, a 2008 graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History, and a 2010 graduate of UNC Pembroke where she received a Master of Arts in Education in School Counseling. Jessie is currently employed as a School Counselor for Moore County Schools.
The groom-elect is the son of Paul and Janice Webster of Hamlet. He is a 2002 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and a 2008 graduate of UNC Charlotte where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. Steven is currently employed as a Quality Engineer at Siemens Energy.
A 5:30 p.m. wedding is planned for Sept. 8, 2012, at the Leak-Wall House in Rockingham.
