To the editor:
After reading the article on the Great Falls Mill, I felt the need to write this letter. (“Downtown Corp. gets mill site,” Tuesday, Page 1A.)
Please do not tear down this historical site! I think it was awful that Safie was torn down. There could be a textile museum to show the history of the area with pictures, etc. I have always loved to look at this site when in the area — I am proud of its history.
